Messuage at Priest Weston, parish of Chirbury, Salop and all other real and personal estate, upon trust for wife for life, thence to John Price; after wife's death, £40 to Sarah Fletcher, daughter of testator's sister, the wife of James Fletcher, and £40 to Mary Ann Fletcher, another such daughter, £10 to Isaac Fletcher, the son of such sister; £20 to John Walters of Bilston, with power to advance part of this beforehand to Elizabeth Warman.
