DescriptionDSCAM/3/331/1: Attested copy of the will (dated 22 June 1775) of Richard Powell of Dudley, Worcs., maltster; 3 freehold dwellinghouses in Horse Fair, Dudley, a dwellinghouse and malthouse in Dudley (purchased of Elizabeth Timmins), and 3 freehold dwellinghouses in Caddicks, Dudley, to wife, Sarah; 2/- a week to mother, Mary Price, wife of Thomas Price of Dudley; residue of estate to wife, who is sole executrix.
DSCAM/3/331/2: Attested copy of the will (dated 8 Apr. 1784) of Sarah Powell of Dudley, widow; Horse Fair property to brother, Thomas Williams of Wolverhampton, Staffs., toy maker, until her nephew Richard Powell Williams is 21, then to the latter, but charged with the 2/- a week to Mary Price; malthouse and dwellinghouse, to brother John Williams, who now lives with her, until her nephew William Williams is 21, thence to William; 3 dwellinghouses at Eve Hill to brother, William Williams of Wolverhampton, until her niece Sarah Williams (dau. of John) is of age; benefit of survivorship between nephews and niece, and tenancy in common of share passing thus; some furniture to William Williams the nephew, residue of estate to Sarah Williams; executors, 3 brothers.
Both examined, 3 Apr. 1795.
DSCAM/3/331/3: And copy of the will (dated 10 June 1816) of Ann Williams of Dudley, widow; all to son William Williams, sole executor; realty charged with £20 annuity to son Richard Powell Williams. Note of probate, 13 Apr. 1822.
