| DSCAM/3/331/2: Attested copy of the will (dated 8 Apr. 1784) of Sarah Powell of Dudley, widow; Horse Fair property to brother, Thomas Williams of Wolverhampton, Staffs., toy maker, until her nephew Richard Powell Williams is 21, then to the latter, but charged with the 2/- a week to Mary Price; malthouse and dwellinghouse, to brother John Williams, who now lives with her, until her nephew William Williams is 21, thence to William; 3 dwellinghouses at Eve Hill to brother, William Williams of Wolverhampton, until her niece Sarah Williams (dau. of John) is of age; benefit of survivorship between nephews and niece, and tenancy in common of share passing thus; some furniture to William Williams the nephew, residue of estate to Sarah Williams; executors, 3 brothers. |
