Income to wife, Mary Pitt, during minority of children, William, Nancy and Hannah, but if she remarry, £8 p.a. to her and the balance to be applied to the children; power to expend capital on maintenance; then £60 to each child at 21, with the approval of wife and trustees, or at 25 in any case; £60 to wife on youngest child reaching 21; residue of estate to children at death or remarriage of wife, in such proportions as wife may appoint, otherwise equally, and to wife absolutely if all children predecease her without leaving issue; household effects to wife.
