DescriptionDSCAM/3/321/2/1: Agreement (22 Mar. 1808) between John Davies, Edward Davies and Thomas Davies, all of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmongers, and Elizabeth Davies, Sarah Davies and Jane Davies, all of Dudley, spinsters (the children of Edward Davies of Dudley, nail ironmonger, deceased), Benjamin Stokes of the same, baker (one of the surviving nephews of Benjamin Pickrell of Dudley, currier and maltster, deceased), Benjamin Stokes of the Locks, parish of Kingswinford, lock keeper and Ann his wife (a niece of Pickrell) and Richard Langford of Dudley, joiner and Mary his wife (another niece); recites will of Pickrell etc. and doubts as to the operations of a benefit of survivorship between the nieces and nephew of Benjamin following the death of Joseph Pickrell - whose interest under the will was purchased by Edward Davies the elder; agree that no benefit of survivorship shall be taken, that the Davies heirs shall, in right of Joseph, be entitled to one quarter of the sale proceeds of premises directed to be sold under Benjamin Pickrell's will, and that the nieces and nephew shall each be entitles to another quarter
DSCAM/3/321/2/2-4: Particulars and conditions of sale of coal and ironstone under Brick House Farm, Great Bridge, a messuage at Great Bridge, land on West Bromwich Heath and 2 messuages in Hall Street, Dudley, with purchase agreement of John Hodgkins junior of the surface premises for £420, and of E. Jessop of the Dudley premises for £250; 21 June 1808.

Agreement (8 July 1808) for the sale by John Davies of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmonger, Benjamin Stokes of the same, baker, Richard Langford of the same, yeoman and Benjamin Stokes of the parish of Kingswinford, Staffs, lock keeper, to Benjamin Ager Day of Birmingham, Warwickshire, auctioneer, of lands and minerals at Great Bridge as specified; consideration of £350 per surface acre, payable as to £2000 on the execution of the conveyance and the balance by annual instalments of the same amount.

DSCAM/3/321/2/7: Agreement (30 Nov. 1808) between John, Edward and Thomas Davies, all of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmongers and Joseph Pickrell of the same, woodscrew maker, to end disputes concerning the title to 4 dwellinghouses in Queen Street and Hall Street, Dudley, for a release by Messrs Davies to Pickrell of 2 of them (in Hall St) and by Pickrell to Messrs Davies of the other 2 (one each in Hall St and Queen St).
