DescriptionDSCAM/3/320/1: Copy release and appointment [lease wanting] by James Persehouse of the parish of Tipton alias Tibbington, yeoman and Phoebe his wife, to Daniel Moore of Tipton, iron master and Solomon Woodhall of the same, blacksmith, of 8 messuages near rhe turnpike from Great Bridge to Toll End, parish of Tipton, erected on 1120sq. yds of land formerly part of Loomers Leasow, to the use of James for life, then, as to 5 messuages, to the use of Phoebe for her widowhood, then 1 messuage to the use of James Mills alias Persehouse, a natural son of the above James, 2 to the use of William Persehouse for life, thence to his issue as tenants in common, with remainder, for want of issue, to James Mills and Hannah Alexander, widow (daughter of the above James) as tenants in common, and the other 2 messuages to Hannah; and 2 of the 8 messuages, to the use of James Mills, and the last to the use of the children of William Persehouse as tenants in common, with remainder, for want of issue, to James and Hannah; recites previous deeds.
