DescriptionDSCAM/3/317/1: Probate (20 Mar. 1850) of the will (dated 22 Dec. 1849) of Aaron Teft Perrins of Londonderry, township of Oldbury, Worcs., victualler, maltster and brickmaker; 6 cottages, malthouse etc. at Londonderry, and all other real and personal estate, upon trust for sale after death or remarriage of wife, Elizabeth, and until then she to continue his business, have use of household effects etc., receive income etc., applying it for the maintenance and education of their children up to the age of 21 etc., and of unmarried daughters thereafter; on any son except Samuel Phillips or daughter except Elizabeth, wife of Charles Beasley, reaching 21 or marrying during the widowhood of Elizabeth, trustees may raise up to £100 for their advancement; the excepted children to account for £100 already advanced to them upon division of estate; arrangements of trust during minority of children and for their guardianship, should wife die or remarry; otherwise, proceeds of trust estate equally to children, Samuel Phillips Perrins, Elizabeth Beasley, Aaron Teft Perrins, Thomas Perrins, Sarah Perrins and William Perrins; executors, Samuel Phillips Perrins (eldest son) and Edward Perrins (brother); codicil (7 Feb. 1850) substitutes Samuel Nicklin of Rowley Regis, coalmaster for Samuel Phillips Perrins as executor.
