Paskin), the Seven Stars public house in Hall Street, 2 messuages in Stafford Street, a messuage in Okeywell Street, all Dudley, and 2 messuages in Stafford Street, Wolverhampton 6 messuages at Carribbee Island, 2 messuages in Rotten Row alias Canal Street and extending into Berry Street, 3 messuages in Bilston Street, 2 messuages in Lichfield Street, all Wolverhampton, to husband for life, charged with £60 p.a. to daughter, Louisa Paskin; then Bilston St and Lichfield St property to son, Joseph Grosvenor Paskin; husband to have power to decide which child/children shall receive Vicar St property after his death*; Hall St and Stafford St, Dudley and Canal St, Wolverhampton property to Louisa, with power of appointment; Okeywell St, Dudley and Stafford St and Caribbee Island, Wolverhampton property, to daughter Ellen Paskin, with power of appointment; pianoforte and silver tea set to Louisa; daughters Ellen and Louisa's shares in remainder to their brothers and sisters if they die minors; executor, husband.
DSCAM/3/307/2: Release (28 July 1856) by Louisa Fry, wife of Robert Arthur Fry of Myrtle Cottage, Saint Georges near Bristol, Gloucestershire, chemist, now living apart from him, to Samuel Paskin of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, releasing the property in Vicar Street, Dudley from the £60 rentcharge created by #1.

DSCAM/3/307/4: Settlement (28-29 Dec. 1838) by Samuel Paskin of Dudley, Worcs., formerly a schoolmaster, now a maltster, upon Enoch Southall of Dudley, cabinet maker and Richard Longmore of Lodge Farm, parish of Dudley, farmer (trustees), for the benefit of Mrs Paskin and issue, being an irrevocable appointment under powers in the within recited deeds, and lease and release of 726sq. yds of land from Churchfield alias Elswall or Piidhole, Dudley, 124sq. yds of land in Oakey Well Street, Dudley, and the messuage erected thereupon, 519sq. yds of land in Vicar Street, formerly Pasrsons Lane, formerly part of Neewcombs Inhedge, and another 283sq. yds of land in Vicar Street and Abberley Street, and the 2 messuages erected upon these two parcesl, 2 messuages (Nos. 18 and 19) in Mill Street alias Stafford Street, Dudley, and a messuage in Canal Street formerly Rotten Row, and Bury Street, Wolverhampton, and 2 messuages in Hall Street, formerly Hall Lane, Dudley (abuttals and tenants named); to such uses as Juliana Paskin shall appoint, otherwise in trust for her for life, thence to Joseph Grosvenor Paskin, Charles Ottey Paskin, Louisa Paskin and Helen Paskin, the issue of Samuel and Juliana, as tenants in common; parallel settlement of mortgages and securities specified (inc. 20 shares in the Dudley and West Bromwich Banking Company); covenants for the separate enjoyment by Juliana of property to which she may subsequently become entitled etc. Memorandum endorsed of conveyance to Obadiah Gilbert Shaw by Harrison Paskin of the Vicar Street/Abberley Street property, 17 June 1873.
DSCAM/3/307/5: Release (7 Nov. 1871) by Charles Cuff of Wolverhampton, Staffs., carpenter and Catherine his wife, to John Wilson Paskin of Samaria, Johnson County, Indiana, North America, now of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, of all their interest (if any) in property in Vicar Street and Stafford Street, Dudley, and Canal Street and Berry Street, Wolverhampton and in all other property of Charles Ottey Paskin, except for that in Bilston Street, Wolverhampton, for a consideration of £150; recites #1-2 and 4, death of Louisa Fry in 1858, leaving her father, Samuel (d 1864) as heir-at-law, his will, appointing inter alia the Vicar Street, Dudley premises to his son Charles Ottey Paskin, and devising newly acquired premises in Bilston Street, Wolverhampton likewise, death of C.O. Paskin (1870) intestate, leaving John Wilson Paskin, eldest son of Thomas Paskin deceased, eldest son of Daniel Paskin deceased, eldest brother of Samuel Paskin, as his heir-at-law; Cuffs dispute as to validity of appointment of Vicar Street property* under #1, and claim for Mrs Cuff as devisee under the will of Joseph Grosvenor Paskin, a fourth part of the premises for want of a valid appointment, and claim under a provision of the will #1 whereunder Samuel Paskin was supposed to devise all property to Juliana's four children; attached certificate of acknowledgment by a married woman.
