Two plots of land at Cock Green (devised to her by her father, William Woodhouse), to son, Samuel Partridge, charged with £100 due from the testatrix to her sister, Sarah Woodhouse, spinster, and £10 given to her daughter, Harriot Partridge; dwellinghouse occupied by her sister at Cock Green, to daughter, Mary Ann Partridge, charged with payment of £10 to Harriot; 2 dwellinghouses in Cock Green to daughter Sophia Partridge, charged with payment of £10 to Harriot; dwellinghouse of testatrix, partly used as a shop, at Cock Green, to daughter Harriot; 1 dwellinghouse at Cock Green and another at Sprink House in Rowley Regis, to daughter Eliza Partridge, charged with payment of £10 to Harriot; some houses subject to existing tenancies under lease; arrangements for a parcel of land at Cock Green which has been sold but not conveyed or paid for; purchase money to be applied particularly in settling her debt of £28 to Samuel; residue and all personal estate to 5 children equally.
