All estate, inc. that over which she has power of disposal under the will of her late sister, Sarah Wilkes,; £5 each to the 5 children of late nephew, Joseph Ashmore of Wednesbury, Staffs. by Sarah his wife; £5 each to the 3 children of late nephew, William Ashmore of Wednesbury by Mary his wife; £5 each to John and Joseph Kinnerley, son of the late Edward Kinnerley of Walsall; £5 to Martha Abell of the Brades, parish of Rowley Regis; £5 to her kind hostess, Mary Parsons of the said parish; £4 to Mary Butler, of the same, widow; £5 to Mary Johnsons of Oldbury, Salop; 1 guinea [£1 1/-] to Ann, wife of Thomas Brettell of the parish of Dudley, Worcs., and the same to Hannah, wife of John Griffiths of the parish of Rowley Regis 'for the kind services she rendered me'; £10 to the charity school at Reddal Hill; 1 guinea to each executor; all other estate to sisters Elizabeth Laughton and Ann Tillensor; to be buried in the parish churchyard of Rowley Regis.
Executors: James Cox of the parish of Rowley Regis, nail factor and Samuel Partridge of the same, ram rod maker.
