Edlington, thence to her children; rents of Coxes Land and Cross Land, with 2 adjacent fields, at Gornal, parish of Sedgley, to niece Sarah, wife of William Southwick, for life, thence to her children; 4 houses at Gornal to great nephew, Joseph Willington; £4 to Joseph, son of Jacob Oakley, to place him as an apprentice; 1/- a week to Mary and Ann, children of Jacob Oakley, until they are 12 years of age, £2 10/- p.a. to John Hyde, and £2 10/- p.a. to Benjamin Oakley, all charged on Wall Piece; household effects etc. to 3 nieces; residue of estate to nephew, Benjamin Willington. Executors: Revd Theodosius Theodosius, Samuel Addenbroke of Gornal, nail factor, Benjamin Willington (nephew) and nieces Elizabeth Dewson, Sarah Southwick and Mary Taylor.
Memorandum (same date) that nephew is to pay Elizabeth Dewson for the value of a small parcel of land in Sedgley Field.
Codicil (dated 9 May 1818); £4 to Joseph Oakley revoked; Ann Oakley to receive 1s 6d per week until the age of 9 and Mary Oakley 2/- a week until she is 9 in substitution for existing provision; £1 6/- p.a. to John Hyde.
