£10 to uncle, James Wainwright of Birmingham, Warwickshire, yeoman; £10 each to uncle's daughters, Mary, wife of - Fairfax, Patience, wife of - Horton, Sarah, wife of John Williams and Nancy, wife of Thomas Turner; £100 to nephew, Joseph Parkes, son of late brother Richard; household effects, tools, implements of husbandry to nephew; his dwellinghouse in Sedgley, limeworks, land called Drapers Piece etc. in Sedgley, to nephew for life, thence to nephew's children as tenants in common; residue of real and personal estate upon trust, to pay an annuity of £5 4/- to housekeepr, Mary Brettell, for life, balance to be invested, and that accumulation plus the said residue to go to the issue of Joseph Parkes the nephew as tenants in common with benefit of survivorship; in default of any issue of nephew Joseph, all that would have passed to them goes to his executor, less £400 for division amongst the 4 daughters of James Wainwright.
