DSCAM/3/3/2: Agreement (21 Oct. 1850) between George Morris of Dudley Port, miner (who has married Phoebe, widow of John Allen) and James Young and Joseph Young (the devisees in trust of John Allen), being a covenant by Morris to stand seized of property at Dudley Port (subject to a mortgage to John Danks) upon the uses of Allen's will; following Morris's completion of buildings under construction at the time of Allen's death and his purchase of land forming part of their site for which Allen had also contracted
