Annuity of £50 to wife, payable quarterly and charged as to a quarter on each portion of his real estate; his dwellinghouse and 4 acres of adjacent land etc. at Bristnall Fields, to son John Parker; these premises to be valued and any surplus of this share over the others to be paid by John to his brother and sisters; 4 dwellinghouses and nailshops in the parish of Hales Owen to son Joseph Parker; another 4 to daughter Mary Parker; parcel of land at Tinkers Corner , parish of Hales Owen, with house etc. to be erected upon it, and land at Warley Wigorn, Worcs. (lands total 4 acres) to daughter Esther Parker; rest of estate to children equally; provisions for minorities etc.
Executors: Joseph Parker (brother) and Samuel Hodgetts (brother-in-law).
