Two messuages at Upper Gornal to wife, Jane Parker; stock-in-trade, implements, business accounts, to daughter, Catherine Parker, charged with £100 to wife payable in instalments; all other real estate, personal estate, household effects etc., to wife for life, then a messuage, warehouse and nail shop at Upper Gornal to son, Thomas Parker; another messuage and shop there to son, Benjamin Parker; a further messuage and shop there to daughter, Sarah Parker; a messuage and shop at Botany Bay, parish of Sedgley and 400sq. yds of land at Upper Gornal, to son, John Parker; messuage at Upper Gornal to son, Joseph Parker; and messuage at Upper Gornal to son, Zachariah Parker; all tenante named; all other estate to sons and daughters in equal shares as tenants in common.
Executors: John Hill of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmonger and Henry Hall of Upper Gornal, box maker.
