| Description | DSCAM/3/29/1-2: Office copy of the will (dated 5 Sept. 1809) of Joshua Beddard of the Straits in the parish of Sedgley, Staffs., gentleman; farming stock, household effects etc. to wife, Rachael Beddard, for life; thence to sons, James, John and Thomas Beddard; executors, Joseph Beddard of the parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., bricklayer (cousin) and Joseph Fletcher of the parish of Sedgley, baker. Codicil (dated 9 Apr. 1811); a dwellinghouse at Kingswinford in the possession of Edward Barnet to brother, Thomas Beddard; all other real estate to wife, thence to sons as tenants in common. Attached bill of costs and receipt, 13 Aug. 1813. |
