DescriptionDSCAM/3/281/1: Release (25 Apr. 1862) of the trustees (William Coldicott of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, and James Culwick of Sedgley, Staffs., surgeon) by William Meredith of Horseley Heath, parish of Tipton, Staffs., agent and Edmund Meredith of the same, gentleman, in respect of the pre-nuptial settlement of 25 Apr. 1834 of William Meredith and Ann Stokes, under which Edmund, as the only surviving child, is entitled to a trust fund of £710, a sum hereby transferred to him.
DSCAM/3/281/2: Declaration of trust (4 Oct. 1842) by James Cullwick of Sedgley, Staffs., surgeon and William Coldicott of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, as to a mortgage of premises (specified) in High Street, West Bromwich made to them by Thomas Cox of Tipton, Staffs., timber merchant, for securing £1300: that £710 is money they hold as trustees of the marriage settlement of William Meredith, and £590 as trustees of William Meredith.
