Five messuages, malthouse and land at Coseley, a copyhold wind corn mill at Windmill Field, Coseley, and a messuage and close of land at Coseley, with tithes of corn, grain and hay on the freehold premises (tenants given), and £300 for repairs, to the use of son, James Maullin, for life, thence upon trust for sale, dividing the proceeds between James's children - Joseph, James, Thomas, Mary and Edward Maullin in equal shares (remoter issue taking per stirpes); copyhold dwellinghouse he occupies at Coseley, and specified copyhold land, to son, William Silvester Maullin; £50 mortgage of the Sedgley Turnpike tolls to son James; 10 guineas [£10 10/-] each to servanst Benjamin Jones and Maria Benton; all household effects and residuary estate to 5 children - James Maullin, William Silvester Maullin, Hannah Osborne, widow, Mary, wife of Andrew Grant and Elizabeth, wife of David Grant. Executors: William Silvester Maullin, Thomas Stokes and Elisha Whitehouse. Codicil (dated 2 May 1815); James now receives an annuity of £60 for life, every other part of his interest to be for the benefit of his 5 children, Joseph, James, Thomas, Mary and Edward, and their education and preferment etc. Further codicil disposes of timber in trust for sale, with proceeds for the benefit of James's children. |
