DSCAM/3/271/2: Will (3 Oct. 1818) of Mary MackDonald, widow of Donald MackDonald of the parish of Kingswinford; £10 a year to her sister, Elizabeth Pearson, wife of John Pearson of Brockmoor (and her said husband), to her brother, Joseph Mallen of Bromley, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., nailer, and her sister, Lydia Guest of the Level, parish of Kingswinford, payable from he Long Annuities; the £10 of the pearsons then passes to Guest; 'my will is that my money shall never be sold...'; executors, Elizabeth Pearson and Joseph Mallen of London, coach smith (nephew).
DSCAM/3/271/3: Certificates in the names of the McDonalds for Consolidated Long Annuities for 80 years from 1780; backing paper on one is a certificate for a nonconformist meeting house in the village of Brockmore, Staffs., and memorandum that the Diocesan Registrar would not register it because the subscribers would not pay a fee of 5/- stamp 'which the law no where requires...'; 2 Mar. 1812.
DSCAM/3/271/4: Specification for a house to be built at the Commonside, parish of Kingswinford, belonging to Mrs Mackdl [McDonald] at Brockmore, by Joseph Hughes of Brierley Hill for £90, 25 June 1816.
