All real and personal estate upon trust for wife, Mary Lowe, for life; then all freehold and copyhold property at Worley Wiggorn, parish of Halesowen, Worcs. and Salop, upon trust for sister, Sarah, wife of James Haden of Dudley, saddler, for life, thence to her son, John Haden of Dudley, saddler; recites deed to lead the uses of a Fine of a third part of premises in the parish of Belbroughton, Worcs., late the estate of Nicholas Bennett, which descended to the latter's daughter, Mary Lowe, and which uses included a power of appointment reserved to the testator and exercisable in his will of a moiety of the third part of the premises; exercises it in favour of trustees who, after his own death and that of his wife, are to raise £1000 on the premises and pay it: £300 to James Haden, another son of James Haden, £250 to niece Mary Haden, spinster, daughter of James Haden the elder, £250 to niece Sarah Haden, spinster, and £200 to Elizabeth Dixon, spinster, daughter of Charles Dixon of Dudley, deceased.
