Messuage in High Street, Dudley, messuage fronting Queen Street and adjoining the previous one, and a warehouse, to wife, Elizabeth Knight, for life, thence to grandson, Samuel Knight; further messuage in Queen Street in own occupation, to wife for life, then to daughter, Ann Knight, spinster, for life, thence to Samuel; another messuage in Queen Street to Fanny Knight, widow of late son Aaron Knight, charged with a £6 annuity to Mary Smith, until Fanny's youngest child, Elizabeth Rogers Knight is 21, thence to Samuel; all real estate charged with the payment of £420 by Samuel to his sisters, Fanny Whetstone Knight, Sarah Ann Knight and Elizabeth Rogers Knight, equally at the age of 21 or 12 months after death of testator's widow, whichever is later; arrangements for the minority of Samuel; should he die a minor without surviving issue, real estate upon trust for sale, £200 each to his sisters in lieu of the aggregate £420, and balance to fall into residuary estate; household effect to wife and daughter Ann; to daughters Sarah Ford, Mary Webb, Elizabeth Jukes, Hannah Pitt and Ann Knight, £140 each after death of wife; income from personal estate to wife for life, then residue of capital to 5 daughters (1 share each) and grandchildren Fanny Whetstone Knight, Sarah Ann Knight and Elizabeth Rogers Knight (1 share between them)
