All real estate in Old Hall Street, Stafford Street, the Dock and at Kates Hill, all parish of Dudley and at Stickers Bank, Worcs. and Bromley Lane, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs (tenants given), to Ann; executrix, Ann Barr [later Ann Millard, wife of Abraham Millard].
DSCAM/3/24/2: Transfer of mortgage (1878), by Abraham Millard of Kates Hill, Dudley, Worcs., lately a beerseller, now out of business (administrator of Thomas Barr) and Thomas Dance of Stourbridge, Worcs., engine driver (cousin and heir-at-law of Ann Millard), to Frederick Stokes of Speedwell Road, Edgbaston, Worcs., accountant, of 110sq. yds of land called Upper Freebodies, adjoining Brewery Street now High Street, with the public house called 'The Cat', formerly 'The Jolly Collier', and other plots specified of Upper Freebodies and the buildings erected upon them, and a messuage in Stafford Street, formerly Mill Lane, Dudley; consideration of £500; recites mortgage, death of Ann Millard in 1869. Not executed.
