Personal estate to wife, Hannah; freehold messuage at Titford Bridge, parish of Halesowen, Salop, to wife and her heirs; another messuage and land there, and messuages and lands at Warley Wigorn and Causway Green, to wife and his nephew, John Hurley of Oldbury, parish of Halesowen, Salop, upon trust for wife for life, subject to a £250 mortgage to John, thence upon trust for testator's brothers, Benjamin, John, Thomas and Jesse for life, with benefit of survivorship, charged with £20 to Isaac, son of James and Hannah Hadley; thence upon trust to sell all real estate, repay the mortgage, and pay the residue to the then surviving issue of brothers Benjamin, John, Thomas, Jesse and James (deceased), as tenants in common.
Executors: John Hurley and Hannah Hurley (wife).
Codicil (20 June 1826); revokes bequests and devise. to wife Hannah, now dead; personal estate equally to brothers, Benjamin, John, Thomas amd Jesse; freehold messuage to wife's nephew, Charles Hanson of Sedgley, nailor, with remainder to testator's heirs and assigns should Hanson sell, mortgage or incumber the premises.
Codicil (17 Oct. 1826); cancels bequest to Isaac Hadley.
