£100 to Mary Banister, widow of late brother, Benjamin; £400 upon trust to pay income to Mary for life, thence capital to his brother William; £300 upon trust to pay income to sister, Ann Lee, wife of John Lee of Dudley, thence £100 of the capital to go to such uses as Ann shall appoint, and in default, to Joseph Banister Cooper, her son by her former husband William Cooper,, to whom the other £200 capital goes; to nephew Benjamin Banister, son of brother William, a dwellinghouse, malthouse and brewhouse in Castle Street, Dudley, with remainder to William if Benjamin dies under 21; residue to William.
