Codicil (dated 2 Aug. 1854); after payment of promissory notes, £1 to Thomas Pickering and the balance in 5 equal shares to Cleaton, Pickering, son William Hill, son Zachariah, and to the children of late daughter Hannah; deduction of £1 from share of Zachariah to Cleaton, £1 to Pickering and £1 to Hannah's children; and latter's share to be first used to pay £4 for Hannah's funeral. |
