Household stores, her clothes etc. to wife; best suit to son, Joseph; household effects and personal estate to the use of wife for widowhood; then household good to daughter, Hannah; rest of personal estate to son, Richard, charged with legacies etc.; the Bull's Head and another freehold messuage in Stone Street, Dudley, a messuage, malthouse, stables etc. in Fountain Street, Dudley, a plot of land near Queen's Cross, 3 messuages, one being a public house called the Cottage Spring, in Fountain Street, and freehold land/garden in Fountain Street to wife, Ruth, during widowhood; thence Stone Street property to son, Willliam, Fountain Street property and land at Queen's Cross to son, Richard; the 3 messuages (with restrictions on building on the garden) to the use of daughter, Hannah, for life, with power of appointment, and thence to her issue, with remainder to Richard and William as tenants in common; Richard's property charged with legacies of £19 19/- to son, Daniel, £40 to son, Joseph, £30 to daughter, Sarah Wilkinson, £30 to daughter, Elizabeth Brown, £30 to daughter, Nancy Wilkinson, £200 to Mary Hodgkins, step-daughter; freehold property in New Hall Street and at Pitts Hole, Dudley for the benefit of his children by his first wife: 1 messuage in New Hall Street, to Sarah, wife of Joseph Wilkinson for life, with power of appointment, thence to her issue, with remainder to Joseph, Daniel, Elizabeth and Nancy; Nos. 1-2 Pitts Hole to Joseph, Nos. 3-4 to Daniel, Nos. 5-6 to Nancy, wife of James Wilkinson for life, with power of appointment, thence to her issue, with remainder to Joseph, Daniel, Elizabeth and Sarah as tenants in common, and Nos. 7-8 to Elizabeth, wife of John Brown for life, weith power of appointment, etc., etc.; residue of estate to wife for life, thence to William, Richard and Hannah as tenants in common.
Executors: William Harper and Richard Harper (sons), Joshua Harvey and Ruth Harper (wife, whilst his widow).
