Codicil (dated 4 June 1839); revises terms of £400 bequeathed to Ann Maria, now the wife of Jonah Davies of Tipton, engineer, now upon trust for her to receive the income for life, thence to her issue as specified, with remainder to her next of kin; £350 to the 7 children of Joseph in lieu of £300 to the 6.
