Executors: William Grainger (son) and Mark Pagett, butcher.
Codicil (dated 17 Dec. 1847), following death of daughter; 3 front messuages and half share in everything else to William and 3 back messuages and the other half share to James; thence provision determining any interest of a widow of either son if she subsequently remarries etc. |
