Description | DSCAM/3/163/1: Probate (8 June 1857) of the will (dated 20 Dec. 1856) of Isaac Gibson of the parish of Dudley. Worcs.; all to wife, Ann Gibson, for life; stock in trade etc. to be sold to pay for eductaion and maintenance of children, Arthur, Samuel, Martha and Mary; land and houses in Bishop Street and Freebodies, parish of Dudley, to be sold when youngest child is 21 if their mother be dead; sons to have two shares each and daughters one share each in real and personal estate at the death of their mother, with benefit of survivorship between sons, and between daughters etc.; executors, Phineas Parsons of Pensnett, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs. and Anne Gibson; affidavit by Joseph Merry of Thomas Street, Aston Manor, Birmingham, revenue officer, of the due execution of the will, 5 June 1857.
