Devises school premises, Dudley and almshouses in the Horsefayre, Dudley, upon trusts; numerous legacies and bequest; settles property in Cradley and in the parish of Oldswinford and copyholds at Clent on son Samuel and his issue, with remainder to son John and his issue, with remainder to son Robert; mansion in Stourbridge (subject to life interest of executrix) and bulk of other property there, the Red Lion at Kinver and porperty in Bewdley, on son John and his issue, with remainder to son Samuel and his issue, with remainder to son Robert; £20 to the governors of King Edward VI Grammar School, Stourbridge, to provide scholarships {?]; to wife, Alice Foley, a meadow in Rwoley, all property in Dudley, various properties in Oldswinford parish, property in Stourbridge and at Ribbenhall near Bewdley, 26s 9d chief rents for lands in Netherton, plus residue of personal estate.
