Confirms marriage settlement of Mar. 1774 with Margaret Pooler; all real estate in Wednesbury and Darlaston, household effects and personal estate, for life; thence messuage and lands at Oakeswell End, Wednesbury, and barn and stables in Sansim Lane and Church Street, Wednesbury to son Silvanus Earp of Wolverhampton, factor; the Dog and Partridge, previously the Bulls Head and formerly the Kings Arms, Darlaston, and a half pew in Darlaston church, to son William Pooler Earp of Wolverhampton, locksmith; messuage, slaughterhouse etc. occupied by Charles Attwood in High Street, Wednesbury, 2 small tenements adjoining and a pew in Wednesbury parish church, to daughter-in-law Jane, widow of Robert Bagnall Earp, during her widowhood, and thence to her issue by Robert as tenants in common; 2 messuages in High Street, Wednesbury, and pew in the south gallery of Wednesbury Church, in trust for daughter, Mary Ann Wheale, wife of William Wheale of Birmingham, brazier, for life, thence to her issue as tenants in common; 5 messuages in Church Street, Wednesbury, and pew in the south gallery of Wednesbury Church, in trust for daughter, Winifred Pooler Yeomans, wife of John Yeomans of Wednesbury, gardener, for life, thence to her issue as tenants in common; messuage in High Street, Wednesbury occupied by Thomas Ellis Taylor, and further pew in the south gallery, upon trust for grand-daughter, Mary Ann yeomans at the age of 2, but shoudl she die beforehand, in trust for her mother, Winifred Pooler Yeommans etc. as above; £200 to Silvanus Earp to discharge mortgage debts; from death of wife,all personal estate to be divided between testator's 4 children and daughter-in-law..
