A house and garden in Cradley to wife, Ann Drewe, for life, after the death of his mother, Joane Brettell, and the reversion of it to his eldest son, Thomas Drewe; £10 to second son, William, within 12 months of Thomas coming into possession, and should Thomas default, William is to have the house for a term of 10 years; £10 to daughter, Ann, to be paid by her mother when latter remarries; residue of estate to wife.
