All estate to wife, Mary Devey, for life; then all personal estate and household effects to Edward Wise, son of wife and now residing with them; devises to Wise a messuage and shop etc. in Mill Street, Dudley, 2 messuages at Eve Hill, parish of Dudley, a messuage near Pensnett and a parcel of land purchased from Joseph Green Bourne at Pensnett, for life, thence to Wise's issue in equal shares as tenants in common, with remainder in default of issue, to testator's brothers, William Devey and Benjamin Devey as tenants in common; 2 messuages in New Hall Street, Dudley to brothers for life, and after the death of the survivor, to the issue of the two brothers in equal shares [per capita] as tenants in common.
Executors: John Bullas, son of Stephen Bullas of Dudley, ironmonger, Thomas Lay, son of Benjamin Lay of Dudley, dealer in flour, and Maray Devey (wife).
