Real estate at Oldbury and Hales Owen in the parish of Hales Owen, Salop and in Dudley, and personal estate, upon trust for the maintenance of his only daughter, Elizabeth Davis, and for her to enjoy the use/receive all the income for life, thence upon trust to convey the estates to the children of Elizabeth in equal shares as tenants in common; provision for trustees to execute a marriage settlement for Elizabeth, subject to their approval of the husband, with details specified as to how much is from the marriage portion, jointure etc.; should Elizabeth die unmarried or without issue, settled estates are to be conveyed to Hugh's heir at law etc.; £10 to cousin, Elizabeth Meredith, daughter of late sister, Joane Meredith.
