£200 debt to Joseph Beardsmore to be paid; all estate to wife during widowhood; thence messuage near the Trindle, parish of Dudley, 14 messuages near to the Roman Catholic school at Porters Field and Birmingham Street, Dudley, 3 messuages at the Gatehouse, between Porters Field and Birmingham Street, 3 messuages fronting Birmingham Street and two more behind them, 4 shops, brewhouses etc. and 4 small tenements behind them, in Hall Street, Dudley, and land in Porters Field, to such uses as Mary Beardsmore shall appoint, and otherwise to the use of Mary, her heirs and assigns; messuage near the Trindle and Porters Field in his own possession, 7 messuages of which 3 are in Hall Street, Dudley, and 4 are behind, a dwellinghouse in the Mamble, Dudley, and the works of Messrs David and Simeon Davies in the Minories, Dudley, to daughter Eliza Spittle for life, thence to her issue and remoter issue in such manner as she shall appoint, and in default to all her children equally as tenants in common, with ultimate remainder to Mary Beardsmore and her heirs and assigns; household effects to Eliza; daughters as residuary devisees and legatees.
