Farm and 100 acres of land and common rights in the parish of Stoke Saint Milborough, Salop, 4 messuages etc. in King Street, Dudley, one in his own occupation, and 2 in Hall Street, and a malthouse now used as a warehouse and candle house in King Street, upon trust to pay rents to wife, Elizabeth Creighton, until the various children who are to inherit them reach the age of 21; Salop property and own house in King Street, to son John at 21; Hall Street property to daughter Sarah; malthouse premises to daughter Violetta, charged with £200 for daughter Sarah; and 3 messuages in King Street to daughter Ann; provisions for minorities; property of any child dying a minor and without surviving issue passes to others in equal shares as tenants in common; household effects to wife for life, thence to daughters; specified furniture to son; personal estate to be realised and income paid to wife for life, then £500 to son and balance divided between daughters, again with provisions shoul any child die a minor etc.; should all die thus, real and personal estate, subject to wife's life interest, to the eldest son of his brother Samuel Creighton, who resides in North Britain.
Executors: William Fellows of Dudley, gentleman and John Davies of the same, nail ironmonger.
