DSCAM/2/9/9/2: Abstract of title (from 1648); concludes with marriage settlement of Elizabeth Long of Birmingham, widow and John Buckley of the same, patten woodmaker.
DSCAM/2/9/9/3: Bond (1 Nov. 1770) of John Hodgetts of Birmingham, Warwickshire, victualler, to John Taylor of Birmingham, gentleman, to secure £100, additionally chargeed on land and malthouse at Smethwick, mortgaged by Hodgetts to Taylor in 1760.
