Examined, 27 June 1730. |
DSCAM/2/8/34-35: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (24 Dec. 1717) by Elizabeth Horton, widow (and executrix of Walter Horton) and John Hodgson, to Walter Dixon of Baggots Park, Staffs., gentleman, of the premises as in #29; consideration of £108 to Horton and £10 17s 6d to Hodgson. And bond (same date) from Hodgson to Dixon for the performance of covenants in the deed. |
