DSCAM/2/7/1/2: Assignment (12 Mar. 1735/6) by John Kempson of Great Sardon, Staffs., gentleman (surviving executor of Thomas Mason of Great Wyrley, Staffs., gentleman) and Richard Greensell of Great Wyrley, wheelwright, at the direction of Thomas Allen of Lichfield, labourer (son and heir of William Allen of Great Wyrely, deceased) and Thomas Kendrick of Hilton, husbandman, to John Joberne of Weeford, Staffs., husbandman, of a messuage and lands in Broad Meadow, Great Wyrley, for the residue of a term of 500 years, upon trust for Kendrick and otherwise upon trust to attend the freehold; consideration of £63 15/- by Kendrick to Kempson; recites previous deeds.
DSCAM/2/7/1/3: Lease and release (25-26 Mar. 1736) by Thomas Allen and Margaret his wife to Thomas Kendrick of Hilton, labourer, of a messuage lived in by Sarah Allen (sister of Thomas), and 3 acres of land dispersed (as specified) through the common fields of Great Wirley; consideration of £90, with endorsed receipt that Allen has received £26 5/- and the balance has been paid to the mortgagees [see #2].
DSCAM/2/7/1/4-6: Deeds of exchange (8 Dec. 1741) between Michael Pynor of Great Wyrley, yeoman and Thomas Kendrick of the same, yeoman, of lands in Broadmeadow and Oathill fields at Great Wyrley (three-quarters of an acre each); between Joseph Kempson of Moseley, Staffs., gentleman and Kendrick of lands in Broadmeadow (three-quarters of an acre each); between Kendrick and Kempson of lands in Broadmedow (three-quarters of an acre).
DSCAM/2/7/1/7-8: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (8 Dec. 1741) by Pynor to Thomas Underhill of Tedgley Coppice, Staffs., yeoman, of a parcel of land in Broadmeadow (abuttals given); consideration of £8 2s 6d; livery of seisin endorsed. And declaration of trust by Underhill (30 Dec. 1741) in favour of Joseph Kempson.
DSCAM/2/7/1/9: Copy of the will (dated 7 May 1742) of John Jobberns of Thickbroom, parish of Weeford, Staffs., yeoman; annuity of £5 to wife, Sarah payable in moieties by sons but share of son with whom she may choose to live abated; specific furniture and effects to wife and named children; £10 to son Joseph; £20 each to daughters, Elizabeth and Mary; 6 sheep each to daughters; residue of household effects to daughters; all other estate to sons Daniel and Thomas, who are executors. Codicil (dated 12 July 1742); household effects to sons Daniel and Thomas, and £10 apiece instead to daughters Mary and Elizabeth.

DSCAM/2/7/1/11: Certified copy of the will (dated 28 July 1758) of Thomas Kendrick of Woodhouses, Staffs., yeoman; all to nephew, Thomas Joberns of Thickbroom, charged with legacies of £35 each to nephews Daniel Joberns and Joseph Joberns, £30 each to nieces Mary, wife of Robert Palmer, and Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Turner of Whittington, £5 to cousin William Clark of Aldridge, Staffs., yeoman, £2 to cousin Susannah, wife of James Alton of Lichfield, builder, £2 to cousin Sarah Palmer of Whittington, widow; executor, Thomas Joberns. DSCAM/2/7/1/14: Mortgage (11-12 Aug. 1774) by lease and release by Thomas Joburn of Thickbroom to John Collett of Whittington, Staffs., yeoman, of a messuage and lands in Broadmeadow, Chesland Hay and other common fields at Great Wyrley, and by assignment by Thomas and his brother, Daniel Joburn of Hammerwich, Staffs., yeoman (as executors of their father, John Jobern), to Charles Howard of the Cathedral Close, Lichfield, gentleman of the residue of a term of 500 years insofar as it relates to the premises, in trust for Collett, to secure £100 and interest.
