Description | DSCAM/2/6/1/17-18: Bargain and sale (19 June 1830) by Richard Powell Williams of Swindon, parish of Wombourne, Staffs., gentleman and Mary his wife (formerly Mary Wilson), to Robert Barbor of the Charter House, London, Esq. and William Fellowes of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, of messuages and premises at Swindon (as specified), being a deed to make Barbor Tenant to the Praecipe for suffering a Common Recovery in which Fellowes shall be Demandant, to such uses as Williams and wife shall appoint, and otherwise to the use of Williams for life, thence to Mary for life, thence to Williams and his heirs and assigns.
