Assignment (16 Oct. 1824) by John and George Wright, and William Kelsen of the parish of Midsomer's Norton, Somerset and Elias Isaac of Worcester, banker (assignees of Thomas Wright), to John Homer of the parish of Tipton, farmer, of the meadow on the south of the canal and 3 messuages and 4 small messuages erected thereupon; consideration of £30, the balance of the purchase under the within recited deeds of 1815.
