Manor of Sedgley.
Conditional surrender (same date) by Walters to John Darbey of Cinderhill, within the Manor of Sedgley, shoemaker, by way of mortgage, to secure £130 and interest.
Release (5 Aug. 1863) by Josiah Walters of Sedgley, Staffs., screw forger, to William Burden of Cinderhill, same parish, gentleman, of the equity of redemption in 2 dwellinghouses fronting Duck Lane, Sedgley, part of the above premises; recites previous deeds; plan attached.
