Agreement (30 Oct.) between Messrs Grazebrook, Grazebrook and Whitehous, and William Sparrow of Wolverhampton, Staffs., coal master; for the sale of the Thick or 8 Yard coal under half an acre of Ivey House Piece consideration of £300 and £200 covenanted to be paid in July 1811 by a 2 month bill on London.
