DSCAM/2/3/8/6: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (16 July 1770) by John Tristram of Moorhall, parish of Bellbroughton, Worcs., Esq (executor of Richard Hollin of Stourton Castle, Staffs, gentleman, deceased), Samuel Hollins of Stourton Castle, gentleman (one of the sons of Richard), Thomas Case Pearsall of the parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., staymaker (only son and heir of Thomas Pearsall of Cradley, butcher, deceased, youngest son of William Pearsall of Cradley, yeoman and Elizabeth his wife, nee Tompson, and brother and heir-at-law of William Pearsall the younger) and Samuel Seager of the parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., glassmaker and Ann his wife (sister of Thomas Case Pearsall, and only other child of Thomas Pearsall), to Richard Mee of Himley, Staffs., gentleman, of lands in Nether Woefield and Woefield, Cradley, parish of Halesowen (abuttals given); and by George Pearpoint of Pedmore, Worcs., gentleman to Mee of a further part of Nether Woefield, at the direction of Pearsall and Seager, from whom he has received other lands by deed of even date; consideration of £414 14s 3d to Tristram to redeem mortgage and £147 to Pearsall and Seager; livery of seisin endorsed.

DSCAM/2/3/8/9: Lease and release (23-24 Sept. 1830) being a deed of exchange between Thomas Pargeter of Foxcoat in the parish of Pedmore, Worcs., Esq. and Isaac Marston of Cradley, parish of Halesowen, Worcs., gentleman of land in Cradley Fields: 2r. 30p. and 1r. 16p. in Groves Field to Marston, in consideration of 2r. 35p. and 1r. 17p. in Upper Woefield.
