DSCAM/2/3/3/4: Abstract of a release (dated 29 Dec. 1809) by Joseph Hill of Withymore, parish of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmonger, to George Stokes of Oldswinford, Worcs., ironmaster and Thomas Stokes of the parish of Sedgley, Staffs., ironmaster (his trustee to uses), and Timothy Hill of Dudley, nail ironmonger, of 1a 3r. 8p. of meadow near Windmill End (abuttals given) and underlying minerals, to the sue of Timothy Hill for a term of 1000 years, to secure the payment of the balance of the purchase monies, thence to G. Stokes, with power of appointment, and otherwise to T. Stokes in trust for G. Stokes; consideration of £179 7s 6d, with the balance in annualinstalments of the same amount, to make a total consideration of £717 10/-; June 1815
