Release [lease wanting] (9 May 1733) by John Chambers of Tipton alias Tibbington, Staffs., nailer (son of John Chambers of the same, nailer, deceased, surviving trustee of the will of Hugh Davis), to Mary Harrison, of the above premises, in trust, as to three fourths, to the use of Mary and her heirs and assigns, and one fourth to Elizabeth Harrison of Dudley, spinster (party to the deed) and her heirs and assigns; recites will of Hugh Davis and other deeds.
Lease and release (16-17 Apr. 1750) by Mary Harrison and Elizabeth Harrison, both now of Himley, Staffs., spinsters, to William Read of Oldbury, parish of Halesowen, Salop, bricklayer, of the cottage he inhabits at Oldbury and 3 others [as above], adjoining the Oldbury-Birmingham road; consideration of £172.
