Wicklow, farmer, of 'Thomas Martins Part' of Iron Grange (40a. 2r. 31p.) as specified, in the Barony of Talbotstown, parish of Baltinglass, for a term of 31 years from 25 Mar. 1805 or the lives of William Kearney and James Kearney (his son; aged 12), whichever be longer, at a rent of £44 7s 3d p.a. until Michaelmas 1810 and £69 10s 7d p.a. thereafter; Kearney not to sublet after expiry of various short leases specified
