Transfer of a mortgage (1875) by Robert Thomas Clews of Weston under Lizard, Salop, farmer and Thomas Gilbert of Oakfield House, Warwickshire, gentleman, to Sarah Jane Russell of Bloxwich, Staffs., spinster [in pencil replaced by Arthur Clews of Walsall, tube manufacturer and John Walford of Handsworth, brass founder], of premises in Pearson Street and Pountney Street, Wolverhampton, to secure £500 and interest; recites original mortgage from the Revd John Jackson and others.
