Attested copy deed to declare the uses of a fine, being a release [lease wanting] (dated 6 Mar. 1722/3) by Jonathan Farrant of the parish of St John Zachary, London, goldsmith and Ann his wife, to Jacob Duamel of York Buildings, parish of St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, jeweller and Jeremiah Marlow of Lombard Street, London, goldsmith, of Moxley Fields (14 acres), Wednesbury and Broom Smithy Meadow (12 acres) at Wednesbury, to the use of Farrant and wife for life, thence to Richard Downes, brother of Ann Farrant for life, thence to such uses in favour of the issue of the body of Ann as the survivor of Farrant and wife shall appoint, with remainder to the right heirs of Ann.
