Deed (17 Aug. 1825) between Septimus Davis of the parish of Tipton, Staffs., victualler and Ann his wife and Joseph Cox of Dudley, Worcs., nail ironmonger and Sarah his wife, and Herbert Dudley Bourne of Dudley, ironmaster, to lead the uses of a Fine of their two fourth shares in lands, inclosures and allotments at Pilsall Heath in the manor and parish of Donnington, Salop, as specified; one fourth part, to such uses as Davis and wife shall jointly appoint, or as the survivor of them shall appoint, and otherwise to their use for life, then to their issue as tenanst in common, with remainder to the right heirs of Ann Davis; another fourth part to such uses as Cox and wife shall appoint etc., etc.. And Final Concord (Michaelmas Term 6 George IV) between Bourne (Plaintiff) and Joseph Downing, Davis and wife, and Cox and wife (Deforciants).
