DSCAM/2/1/6/17: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (8 Apr. 1796) by Michael Jarvis of Purton Mill, parish of Tettenhall, Staffs., miller (eldest son and heir-at-law of William Jarvis of Dudley, miller, deceased), to John Walter of Rowley Regis, farmer, of a small parcel of land at Shavers End (adjoining the lands, or access roads to the lands, of William Hughes, the Revd Thomas Shaw Hellier and Ferdinando Smith); consideration of £7 7/-; livery of seisin endorsed.
DSCAM/2/1/6/18: Mortgage (21 Dec. 1813) by demise of 800 years, by John Walter of Rowley Regis, victualler, to Ann Williams of Dudley, widow, of a plot of 30 x 15 yards of land from the upper part of Duntons Hill, with the windmill thereupon, a part (24 x 3 yards) of the Sling alias Duntons Croft (part of a close formerly called Eve Hill alias Pattinghams Close), and the lands in #16 and #17 above, to secure £300 and interest; recites the marriage settlement of William Jarves and Mary Downing, whose only child, Mary, married John Walter, and the term of 900 years created by it..

DSCAM/2/1/6/21: Release and assignment of the premises (3 June 1829) by William Fox to Joseph Fletcher of Cann Lane, parish of Sedgley, grocer [his son-in-law] and George Robinson of Wolverhampton, Staffs., solicitor (his trustee to uses to bar dower), to the use of Fletcher, with power of appointment, as specified.
DSCAM/2/1/6/22-23: Contract (21 Apr. 1839) for the sale by Joseph Fletcher to John Marsh of freehold property at Shavers End, inc. small houses occupied by Mrs Wall and others, for £335. And related bill of costs re Fletcher to Marsh.
